We use Dodge trucks that run on biodiesel, a clean burning fuel made from natural renewable resources such as new and used vegetable oils. We also use biodiesel to heat our office.
We use mowers and trimmers that meet the emissions standards of the California Air Resources Board, which are generally more stringent than federal EPA standards. This equipment provides low-emissions and increased fuel efficiency.
Andy Nicholls, the owner, has 10 years experience in the landscaping business. Andy specializes in lawn care and landscape maintenance; landscape design and planting; and paver patio installation and design.
Andy is a King County Master Gardener. He returned to the landscaping business in 2007 after 7 years as an environmental consultant, specializing in soil and groundwater contamination. He is a licensed geologist in Washington.
Phuong Le works with Andy on many projects. She is also a King County Master Gardener and has completed the Comprehensive Organic Gardening course through Seattle Tilth.
